Food was good and very fresh ingredients! It's a bit pricey, but you do get what you pay for!

DELICIOUS! We enjoyed the Caprese Salad, Luxemburg Pizza and the Tiramisu. All very fresh and delicious. The owner came over and introduced himself and asked how everything was. We had excellent service and a great experience.

Farm fresh ingredient on the Roma pizza rendered a delicious dinner. The ginger ale was flavorful. The dining area was appealing The general ambiance was great. The service was timely. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pretentious over priced average pizza. We ordered the peach and prosciutto salad and margarita pizza. They were both ok but boring and expensive. Skip this place and go to cappys or cafe cibos for good pizza.

I like to preface my reviews by saying I'm a vegetarian. Tried this place for the first time last night. Had the Warhol pizza, very tasty with a pumpkin cream sauce. I really enjoyed the pizza, but $24 for a smallish (serves 1-2 people) pizza is a little steep. My friends had a cheese plate to start that was very good as well. Overall, one glass of wine and one small pizza, $32 before tip. It is nice to have a quality gourmet pizza option in St Pete though. Our server was excellent and the owner/manager did stop by to ask us how everything was, a nice touch.

Have been to Pie Topia twice and loved it both times. It opened with no fanfare at all unlike other newcomers so it's a little under the radar but I hope it starts to get the attention it deserves because this is seriously good European style thin crust pizza, with amazingly fresh ingredients. And they come in all types of sizes including by the meter for hungry crowds. They also have a whole menu of fresh mozzarella dishes and make their own fresh mozzarella. Great salads too. And a very reasonable wine list with lots of great Italian red options (which is often hard to find here). And no long wait to get a table as it's spacious...and you can actually have a conversation without yelling. As for the service...it has been great both times we were there. Last time we arrived at 9.45 on a Saturday due to the late end of my step-daughter's ballet recital and they cheerfully accommodated us well past their closing time...even made her pizza with Mickey Mouse ears. Now that was a sweet touch. Plus did I mention the pizza is awesome? We had the Brussels and the Paris...the former is all veggie and it was like no other pizza I've had here...fresh veggies of all kinds on it, not your usual sad veggie combo. This place works both for kids (earlier in the evening of course please) but is elegant enough for a nice date or couples night out.

My husband and I were invited back to try a different pizza. This time we ordered the Amsterdam (red pizza) which was delicious! The chunks of garlic were my husbands favorite part! Last time we ordered a white pizza which was not to our taste. The servers were excellent and the wine was still good! We also had one of the fresh mozzarella appetizers which was so good and so fresh! We will be returning with some friends in the future for sure. Thank you Joe for a second chance!

There are 3 reasons to visit Pie Topia; 1. The desserts are the best I have had in Tampa Bay. 2. The overpriced, yet totally loaded pizza. 3. The house-made chili oil. That is really all you need to know. Why three stars then? Because it took us 1 1/2 hours to receive our pizza. The restaurant was not busy at all, the kitchen was fully staffed, and full wait staff. There were even 2 hostesses/fashion police at the door. Why does it take so damn long to make a pizza?

I hardly ever complain, especially to this extent but It's true what they say, that if you have a good experience somewhere you might tell a handful of people but if you have a bad one you want to tell the whole world...well this is me getting my message out there. I will never go back to Pie Topia nor will I understand why they have 4/5 stars on yelp. Due to poor management, I expect this place to suffer the same fate as the previous businesses that have occupied the same space in the past. From the moment we walked in, things seemed a little off at Pie Topia. Admittedly, we did not have a reservation but when we walked in we were told, hesitantly by the hostess, that it would be "a couple of minutes" for a table. By the tone of her voice I knew it would be longer than a couple minutes but when you're told that, you really don't expect it to be more than 10-15min. There were two groups that needed to be seated in front of us but after about 20min in to our wait, one group walked out. Who knows how long they had been waiting but they were told prior to walking out that it would be 15min longer and then after they left the hostess reassured us, as well as the couple in front of us, that it would be another 15min. At this point I wasn't too sure what to do. It was about 7:50, I started looking for other places for us to go, Nobel Crust had a reservation open at 8:45 but I thought, why do that when we are going to be seated in 15min? So, we ordered a bottle of wine and decided to wait. A family of 4 soon walked in and they were told the wait would be 15min as well. I'm thinking to myself, these hostesses really don't have any clue as to how long the wait actually is they just automatically tell everyone coming in that the wait is 15min, which in my opinion is bad business. About 45min later we are still waiting for a table and almost done with our bottle of wine. They start bringing out the family of 4 some bread but after they gave them about 3 plates they realized, well maybe we should give the other guests bread too? This was after the family of 4 offered us some of their bread first. So, they finally gave us some food. Another group of 4 walks in and they are told the wait is 15min as well, my fiancée and I just shook our heads...that group wisely walked out. Again we contemplate on leaving, it's 8:45 now and I regret not being at Nobel crust. We originally walked in to Pie Topia about 7:30. Finally, at almost 9 we are seated. Neither of us are happy to still be there and both of us tried very hard to try and enjoy our date night but we were extremely annoyed by the almost hour and a half wait time. Our waiter, Thomas, was the loan bright spot in our evening. He did everything he could to ensure that we were taken care of. We explained to him our irritation with everything and I thought, based on principal, that the least that they could do was comp our $18 bottle of wine. He agreed and said he would see what he could do. Honestly, the bottle of wine probably cost them about $10 to buy, maybe even less but we thought it was a small price to pay for our inconvenience and for them to keep costumers happy and coming back in the future. At least that would have been my mentality and what I strive to do as a business owner myself. So, we ordered and continued to try and have a good time while deep down we were upset for sticking around so long and not trusting our instinct by going somewhere else earlier in the night. We ordered he Amsterdam and pizza Margarita. After having the food, I became even further unimpressed with this place. All the reviews raved about the food but the Amsterdam was very bland and had no taste to it. The pizza margarita was simple but actually much better than the Amsterdam, however, still nothing to write home about or keep me coming back for more. Throughout the night, I kept telling myself, that maybe they are just having an off night and we came at the wrong time. Only thing was, time and time again this establishment had chances to redeem itself and failed. At the end of our dinner, Thomas came by to tell us that he failed to get our wine comped but that, Lisa, the manager would be by and he wanted us that tell her our story. So, Lisa came by and we explained our situation. She explained that they usually tell customers that the wait is 15-20min but that they were thrown off by a table of about 15 people that were there. She was actually not very sympathetic to our story and said that she could not comp us the bottle of wine but she did offer us free desert. To me that didn't make too much sense because 2 deserts would have equalled our one bottle of wine. We really weren't in the mood for desert nor did we have time because we were trying to make a movie. I hope whatever restaurant may come next in this space has more business sense than Pie Topia, because if this place wants to last, it would be in their best interest to learn how to run a business.

Really fresh, delicious food. I said "this is the best ____ I've ever had" multiple times through out the evening. We stared with the mozzarella wheel -- the star of the show was the balsamic vinegar. It was absolutely delicious. A perfect blend of tangy and sweet! Then we tried the Duomo pizza. How could it not taste good -- the ingredients were so fresh! The sausage was excellent, but the real winner on the pizza is the house made crust. They seem to be getting a bit of a bad reputation for service and long waits, but honestly I prefer to wait a bit between my appetizer and main course. This place isn't a spot to get in and get out, its a place to enjoy the beautiful ingredients that they bring to the table. Can't wait to come back.

The staff is super attentive, very nice. The ambiance is great as well. Their drinks are great. Loved the ginger beer. This place has potential of being fantastic, if only they create more bold flavors. I understand the pizza is overpriced because of all the quality ingredients, but the food was so bland, bit didn't hit the spot at all. We had the Amsterdam. The meat in our pizza was not seasoned at all. The pizza was extremely soggy. The kid's pizza was tastier than ours. The pesto sauce on the capreze salad was very bland as well as the cheese, which had no taste. I felt like our pizza needed a drizzle of a balsamic reduction. I was craving pizza and was excited to taste this place. Sad to say, it didn't hit the spot.

This place is ridiculously good. The service was a bit less than 5 stars but I know it just opened and the food was about a 6 star. The bullet appetizer and the Paris pizza were some of the best appetizers/pizza I've had.

My hubby and I dined here today. The service and attentiveness to their customers was on point. I liked the whole concept of farm to table and it had a nice rusty atmosphere. The pizza crust was good and the menu selection was refreshing.

This restaurant is a farm-to-table restaurant. Most of the menu is locally grown with no preservatives, artificial ingredients, etc.... The mozzarella is made on site every day - and it is definitely worth it! I loved the mozzarella cheeses. We tried two of the items from the mozzarella bar, and we were not disappointed. The portion sizes could definitely be bigger, but the cheese was great. The pizzas are ridiculous sizes!!!! They have meters and half meters and then regular round pizzas. The pizza was good, but not as good as I would have hoped, especially for the prices. For the prices, I would have expected the best pizza I had ever ate. The atmosphere was a little eclectic. The theme of the restaurant appears to be a rustic home-y feeling... but then there's black table cloths and cloth napkins on the table. It doesn't gel well, in my opinion. Pick either fine dining atmosphere or pick rustic. Not both. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come back.

Extremely bland, flavorless pizza. Service was ok not great, water had stuff floating in it. Pizza came out surprisingly quick. Mozzarella was definitely fresh and great. Prices were great on mozzarella and salads section of menu. The rest of the menu was very expensive. At times bizarre unfitting music. Went solely based on yelp reviews this place is listed as a 4/5... I don't think so. Worst pizza experience i have ever had. Such a nice interior too, its a shame. Will definitely not be returning until the prices are lower and food quality improved.

Super super scrum restaurant. I am so glad I never say no to a restaurant prior to going due to some bad reviews. Most of the things I had heard about this place were average if not below average. I like to make up my own mind! Anyways, we had a great meal here. The atmosphere is really nice, I love the open kitchen and the open dining room. It's a fancier pizza place but not over the top. We brought a 4 year old here and it was groovy for her. Our server Derek was friendly and attentive. The menu had a lot to pick from- mozzarella bar, salads, entrees, pizzas, an extensive wine list. To be honest I didn't even read one entree, we knew we wanted pizza. We started with the house made fresh mozzarella, which was delicious. Man I love fresh, awesome, so so scrum cheese. It came with tomatoes, arugula, balsamic, and a basil pesto. So good. We then had the peach and prosciutto salad. The salad was good, brother really enjoyed it more because of the prosciutto. I don't eat meat so I picked around. Luckily they were large pieces so I didn't have to try hard to avoid it. The roasted peaches were wrapped in prosciutto, with mozzarella, pumpkin seeds and a berry vinaigrette served atop arugula. The dressing was so good and overall the salad was too for what I had. The presentation for both of these dishes were great. We then had the Brussels pizza which was the daily vegetarian pizza. I always ask for my pizza crispy, which I think comes in handy more when I get a pie with a lot of toppings so it doesn't sag or become too soggy in the middle. The pizza was cooked perfectly and looked so good. Tasted even better. There was roasted peppers, onions, spinach, cauliflower, and some other goodies atop. It truly was so good. Not the best thing ever, but so good and cooked well. We got a 12 inch to split which had 6 pieces. It was just enough. Would like to see what those meter and half meter pizzas look like. If we're being honest, I could probably destroy a 12 inch on my own. It's pizza, come on. Anyways, everything was awesome and I would come again if someone wanted to bring me. The prices are high but that's what happens when ingredients are locally sourced and natural. I don't mind paying more for better ingredients and healthier options. Our bill was 39$ for the cheese, salad, and pie. I don't think that's too whacked out. Would like to try more things here, definitely recommend hitting this place up.

My friend loves Chef Maccia (sp?) and went for dinner one night and then dragged a group of us back. Interesting concept that I hope sticks around. We were there on a Sat night and it was pretty busy and they had a few larger groups. It is very pricey, but it is a unique concept. We got the meter pizza with 3 kinds and it was HUGE, they have two smaller options. We got one that had pumpkin creme and that was my favorite, another with mushrooms that tasted a tad like dirt and needed salt and a 3rd with chicken which was good. We also good a cheese and meat tray that had olives and other extras. It was all good. The beer and wine prices were not that bad in comparison to the food pricing. Check it if you are looking for something different. More adult than kid friendly. Service was ok, our guy disappeared a few times, but overall we were tended to. Enjoy!!

I'm so glad I finally tried this restaurant! My fiancé and I came here for some awesome pizza. And awesome it was. It's a nice place, so put on some nice jeans and nice shoes. Not your typical pizza place. The concept is a fine dining experience with gourmet pizza - love it. The servers are dressed in nice vests and bow ties, the cooks in nice white uniforms, and the mangers sporting nice button ups with ties. Our server was very new, but it didn't really show. We ordered the The Rome 16 inch. Wow! Delicious, especially the fresh mozzarella. Our server served us our pizza and put our first slices on our plates for us - nice touch on the fine dining serving part. We skimmed the dessert menu and were sad that there was no choice for a cheesecake. It's okay - we will still come here for dinner. Everything was fabulous and more. I wish I could give more stars for this review.

Must say, this place has the best tasting food around! The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. The mozzarella special appetizer was the best I've ever had. Everything is fresh, organic, gluten free, and local. Can't beat that! Oh and the cannoli dessert is amazing!!

First time coming here, and i will never be back. Ordered a bottle of wine, pizza and a salad for four. We been seating with no food, not even bread for an hour. People who came 30 mins after us got their food first. The server came apologizing saying that for some reason the kitchen never got our order and blamed the computer, then she had to take our oder again. she said she will bring bread, 10 mins pass, we still waiting for our salad and bread, we asked her again for bread, she said is still in the oven, and she brought cold bread, really? Bread just coming out of the oven should be warm. She was lying in our face. She forgot to put in our order, the manager never came to our table. Terrible services. We been waiting for an hour and 10 mins for cold bread. I just appreciated the chef coming to the table to do the managers job and giving us a free appetizer, the poor guy was walking to all the tables with a broken arm while the manager was doing nothing but pouring beer for the servers. but then again when i finally got some food on the table i found a hair in the salad. Pizza was good, but there are 100 other pizzas places to go in st pete.

Not worth the money. I paid $18 for a one topping personal size 12" pizza. I paid $3 just for one topping and they literally counted and put one topping per slice for a total of six pieces of the topping. The sauce was good but scarce as was the cheese. I won't be going back for their pizza although they have some other items on their menu I may try out as they sound quite unique. What a let down. My quest for the best pizza in St Pete continues...

At the last minute we decided to come to Pie Topia for dinner. They are a sponsor of St Pete ROTC (which stands for righteously out rages twirling core). Dinner was delicious. The three of us shared the mozzarella bullet and the Roma 12 inch pizza. I have a McKinsey apple cider and a friend of mine had the Bruce Coast 66 ginger ale. The staff was great and the ambience is really nice. The owner and chef are very personable and came to our table many times to check in on us. The waitstaff was attentive and not overbearing. The food is a little pricey but well worth it because the flavors are clean and well thought out. I would recommend Pie Topia to anybody who's looking for a really nice pizza and some great cheese and meat selections.

Food is definitely tasty and fresh, but extremely pricey, especially considering it's just pizza. We went in on a Sunday afternoon and were in casual clothes and we felt underdressed...for pizza. We probably won't be back unless a coupon rolls around. It wasn't really worth what we paid.

It's a FEAST! King's portions of really flavorful and bountiful vittles that brought the buds tingling with a desire to be a literal fat kid on cake! Ok so for the substance, the Charcuterie board with Prosciutto di Parma, Sweet Soppressata and smoothly cut with Gorgonzola Dolce was adorned with a complementary array of almonds, walnuts, sun dried oranges and dates that sets the palate ablaze with anticipation of the delivery of your FEAST! And whooooaaaa Nelly it is a FEAST! The roasted chicken was a pop with robust lemony rosemary crusty goodness beset with a plethora of Yukon tubulars, butternut squash, zucchini, assorted peppers, asparagus, carrots and yellow squash. Whew, not even the fat kid could clear this FEAST! But uggggghhhhh...The atmosphere is chaotic, stuffy and lacks any come chill and grub goodness. The servers are clad in a Disney styled stuffy animated caricature tuxedoy goofy bib that I wanted to rip off and "Free free, set them free". The black lenin table clothes set a tone of elbows off the table, tie tied chockingly around your neck depriving your senses of the goodness that awaits. Loosen this joint up, change the tunes to a funky vibe and give up on the freaking antiquated formalities of the failing joints of the past! If you succeed you will get 5 stars!

Amazingly fresh, delicious food and wonderful, attentive service. Unfortunately to many people are going to miss out due to the overpriced menu and I worry that Pie Topia won't last in this area with these prices. My husband and I dined and had a wonderful meal, however, no pizza is worth $80 (as great as it may be).

This review gets three stars only because of the kindness of the manager, italian/Venezuelan woman and the promising concept. Service was pretty bad. The server took our order and then spent ten minutes speaking to the next table before putting our order in. Etc. and other stuff. Pizza and salad were both very bland. I like the concept a lot and would rather always eat farm to table. The desserts look promising. They only had berries and cream. Blueberries however were not fresh and tasted bad. Maybe in time they will get it right. It is unfortunate they allow smoking in the tony dinner area outside, the people on the table by us smoked the whole time as we ate. When we voiced the discontent to the server his response was "they are free to do whatever they want," kinda aggressively. I guess they don't know that restaurants are also free to set their rules.

Great food, great service and wonderful atmosphere. From appetizer to dessert!!! Couldn't wait to try the Van Gough pizza and the roasted pineapple dessert and I was NOT disappointed. The roasted peach and prosciutto salad is the best salad I've had in a long time. Hats off to Kirstie, she was a knowledgeable and friendly server. I will be back!

Had a brand new server, so service was good, but could have been better. The pizza was good, but there are other local pizza restaurants that have better pizza when it comes to taste. I enjoy the fact that they have fresh and organic food. The roasted pineapple with marscapone was fabulous! I would come just for wine and dessert.

We just had the best experience at this restaurant. The food, service and ambiance were perfection. We started with a bottle of wine. A great deal at $20 a bottle or $5 a glass. Beer for $3! We ordered a cheese platter. It was three cheeses for $12. It came with some dried fruits, nuts, olives and bread. For this alone I would come back. The cheese selections here are FANTASTIC. You can tell that real thought was put into the selections offered. (The chef even gave us a taste of another cheese she recommended and it was divine) We have had the caesar salad and I can say with all certainty that it's one of best I've had. I'm confident they make the dressing in house. We also got the roasted heirloom tomato with mozzarella. Big hit. My friend got the fruit and nut salad. Another home run. We got the margarita pizza. I can't begin to describe how fresh and light it was. The ingredients all held their own. I can't recommend this place enough. Staff was really helpful and take real care and love in creating an experience for customers. Thank you and we WILL BE BACK!!!!!

This place is awesome. My buddies and I came through this July 4th weekend dining there Friday night, and even returning there for Saturday. That good. Beautiful inside, high ceilings, an open kitchen where you can watch the authentic Italian chefs at work as they swing their meter (yes - meter!) pizzas in and out of the huge oven. Wine selection was incredible, great beers on draft (I enjoyed a Stella myself). I STRONGLY suggest getting the charcuterie, it was the best I've ever had, and that's after trips to both Italy and Spain. The duck prosciutto was literally the best meat I think I've ever tasted. After we told Joe, the owner, how much we liked it - he brought us a triple serving more at no charge. And that's just the tip of the iceberg with the hospitality. Shannon waited on us both nights and treated us like family. Several people stopped by the table to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. Tiramisu to end the meal was off the charts. The duomo pizza was incredible, pair that with one of their great reds and you have a meal to remember. Thanks Pietopia, and I look forward to coming again very soon.

Unexpectedly expensive pizza. It was ok to good, but not worth the price unless you're really sick of your regular run of the mill pizza. The truffle sauce was very rich and even though our pizza didn't have traditional sauce on it, it wasn't dry at all. A nice place to try, but I don't see going back.

We do not really do reviews, We felt we Needed to yelp this place Ambience: 5 stars food 5 stars decor: 5 stars. Feels like a cozy manhattan bistro. Food over the top. Mr. Di Bartolo, the head chef and owner comes around to say hi to all tables. this is a "must visit" in Tampa bay. NO ONE and I mean NO One has garlic pizza like Pie Topia

Although a somewhat expensive pizza restaurant, the ingredients are the freshest. The mozzarella is freshly made daily in house. And believe me that makes a big difference in taste. My only complaint was that the charcuterie for two contained very little meat or cheese.

This review is intended to neither hurt nor promote Pietopia. It is simply a reflection on my experience last night (3/5/15) around 7:30. I like to try new restaurants during busier hours to see how the place handles it. We were greeted at the door politely by who I thought was a hostess but actually ended up being our server. We are seated promptly. There are 3 other parties in the dining room. The server offers us sparkling or still water, to which we reply "regular water." A bottle of still water is brought to the table. Not sure if this was confusion, or they serve tap water from bottles? However, later in the meal, our waters are topped off with a pitcher of water, so at this point, I believe we are drinking both. There was no bottle of water on the check which makes me think it was just a mistake, and not being charged was appreciated, even though I gladly would have paid for it. We order a glass of wine and a beer. They are out of the beer I order, along with a few others so I opt to stick to water. We then decide to order some cheese and charcuterie. We are informed again, they are out of both and we cannot order either. This is a shame because listed on the cheese menu is "Ossau-Iraty," which happens to be one of the best sheep's milk cheeses from the Northern Basque country I have ever tasted. I highly recommend this if they have it. We are then informed that they are also out of three of their pizzas. So at this point, our options are cut nearly in half and we reassess our order. We decide on a made-in-house mozzarella and pesto dish, and a small pizza. While waiting for the mozzarella, a different server comes to deliver us a salad that we didn't order. It belonged to one of the other two tables now currently in the dining room. Salad looked large and fresh however. We then receive a humongous plate covered in balsamic reduction with a few pieces of cheese in the center, and some pesto that looked both bruised and oxidized. The cheese itself was very firm and dry with a texture of tofu almost. I wasn't crazy about the finishing salt used either, very grainy and added to the already disjointed textures on the plate. The olive oil was the best part of this dish. The pizza was okay. I observed a few things while waiting however. When the pizzas come out they are put directly on the plate they are to be served on. It looked like the cooks were having a tough time cutting pizzas on these plates as they were sliding all over the plate. Not a huge deal, but something to consider when you get busy as it looked time consuming and pretty inefficient fumbling around with a hot pizza. I think it would be really neat to turn the whole window/pass into a wood cutting board and let people watch you cut them on here before plating, or use a flat plate to begin with. The way I look at it is, if I was going to serve a seared duck breast sliced, I wouldn't plate it then slice it on the plate, I would slice it, then plate it. The pizza was obviously fresh, after all, I just watched it come out of the oven. However, the cheese has a lot of moisture in it and the pizzas get soggy quickly so eat fast. Also, the slices were twice as big as our plates which was difficult. The crust was really, really good, and would make an awesome stuffed variation, although probably not traditionally Venetian I imagine. The last thing I would have liked to see differently is some sort of explanation as to who/what Pietopia is. People see "farm to table" everywhere now. I mean essentially, most food is grown on a farm, and served on a table. What separates you from every other "farm to table" restaurant in the area? I hope this place works out a few kinks because I think it has a lot of potential. Look forward to giving it another chance in a month or so.

Pietopia offers fresh all natural ingredients with the farm to table concept. Their mozzarella is completely free of preservatives, GMOs, and is made fresh each day! They even offer a gluten free crust!! They have a cheese I've never heard of before called Straccino, it's an Italian cow's milk cheese and is very soft and creamy with a delicate texture and a mild flavor. No restaurant in Florida has this kind of cheese on a pizza. Don't even get me started about their Crema pizzas! Each pizza is unique, infused with italian cream and savory ingredients to complement each pizza. The Crema Pizzas are simply put, the best pizza Pie Topia makes! You must come and try this place for yourself! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!

First time here and what a pleasant experience. The roasted beet salad was amazing and the artisan pizzas are over the top. Definitely try the Van Gogh! Wonderful people too! Our salads took a while - because the make them completely fresh and they are a work of art - so they brought us some of their home made mozzarella. There was no need for apology. We were very pleased with our meal and the service here!

Pizza is inspired but almost feels like it is trying to hard to be fancy. Service was excellent for us. I would like to go back.

You must go to PieTopia, St. Petersburg. No other pizza like this. PieTopia uses ingredients that are so way superior & unique. Their pizza menu is beyond interesting. I have had excellent piazza in NY but PieTopia by passes all. Also, they have a non-pizza menu which is also good. Their salads are delicious & I've had deliciously prepared salmon. Again - it's their cooking techniques & ingredients. Everyone Must to to PieTopia. I know my husband & I have returned & will again return. Oh, they also have Sunday lunch. Diane

Pizza was pretty bland, and the beet salad was quite small for $12. I can understand farm fresh to table, but have had much better quality and paid alot less. Not sure I would visit again.

Very fresh and tasty food. Had the beet salad (1/2) and I could have made that my meal. This place got a bad review when it first opened for having expensive pizza. NOT TRUE. The expensive pizza is huge and could easily feed 8 or more big eaters. We were a party of 4 and ordered 2 12'pizzas and brought 2 pieces home. all of us were stuffed. Lots of choices. Service is a bit awkward but they were trying. They just need a little more training and experience. I'm looking forward to going back.

My family had a meal this evening. The large Caesar salad was a good size and had very good cheese on it. The mozzarella wheel was interesting. It was a mozzarella cheese spiral rolled around an asparagus cream (strange) and roasted red peppers (good). The charcuterie plate with truffle cheese was very good. The margherita pizza was bland and also soggy in the middle. The crust did have a good taste, however. Our server was very knowledgeable about the different charcuterie cheeses and meats. There was a young teenager in the chefs area (perhaps one of the staff children) with a beautiful head of hair that she kept shaking by the food prep area. Also, the tables are VERY close together. If they removed 3-4 tables it would be more comfortable and easier to get around.

I couldn't wait to try this place out! I'm not a big pizza fan, but I'm a fan of anything Domenica (the chef) cooks up! We had one of the best caesar salads I've ever had before our pizza came. Homemade dressing, you can tell. Our pizza had broccolini, kalamata olives, prosciutto, and an over medium egg in the center! Followed by the best tiramisu I've ever had. I'm going back tomorrow, and I highly suggest you do too!

I am honestly very surprised by all the high reviews of this place. Our pizza had chicken, mushrooms and sauce and was so bland I had to cover it in red pepper flakes just to eat it. Also, the cheese would come off the pizza so easily and that's not good in my opinion. Not sure what these other reviewers got, but I'm not sure I could be convinced to go back, especially when there are pizza places everywhere.

Food did Taste fresh, high prices and pretty bland taste. I had a pizza, girlfriend a salad, was $3.00 just to add onions on the pizza. Wouldn't return, Service is mediocre, polite but a little slow.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
